Some Notes/Domino environments may have Notes applications that allow for Single Sign On (SSO). Such an application may require that a Kerberos principle name be set as the third line in the "User name" (fullname) field in the Notes person document.
WORKAROUND 1:
CMN can be configured to write this custom attribute to the KrbPrincipalName field, per the IBM Domino Administrator's guide, on the page entitled, "Configuring user name mapping when you manage Domino users through Domino Directory". Here is a link to the page.
WORKAROUND 2:
1.) Right-click on the connector | Advanced Settings
2.) Select Users
3.) Select Update Attributes
4.) Add cn=mail
5.) Save and Activate the connector
6.) Exit the Coexistence Management Console
7.) Navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Coexistence Manager for Notes\Directory Connector
8.) Open the "Configuration.xml" file
9.) Manually add <AppendAttributes>cn</AppendAttributes>
10.) Save and Close the configuration.xml file
11.) Launch the Coexistence Management Console
12.) Run the connector
