Agents wont start up on DCs Av exclusions in place but still Kaspersky blocking the agents start up. Disable the Kaspersky endpoint allows the agent to start up Enable the Kaspersky afterwards wont stop the agent

Kaspersky is blocking the agent from starting up on the DCs we disable Kaspersky and the agents connected straight way, it seems that Kaspersky doesn't block the normal functions of the agents but just the startup process.
Please whitelisted the below
Please exclude the following paths, as well as the subfolders and files contained therein:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Quest\
C:\Program Files\Quest\ChangeAuditor\Agent\
Also, Lsass.EXE must be whitelisted due to agent injection for event collection.
