ChangeAuditor is not auditing user change events.
This can be caused when the User object class has been removed from monitoring.
1. Navigate to "View" | "Administration" | "Auditing" | "Active Directory"
2. If "User" is missing, highlight "Enterprise" and click "Edit..."
3. "Add" "User to the "Audited Object Class" column.
4. Click "Finish"
This resolution assumes default configuration and the change can take up to 15 minutes to update on the Domain Controllers by default. Restarting the agents will force them to update their configuration.
