The Change Auditor Client does connect to the Coordinator. The following error is seen on the Client splash screen and is recorded in the ChangeAuditor.exe.nptlog:
Could not connect to net.tcp://Coordinator FQDN:xxxxx/Service. The connection attempt lasted for a time span of 00:00:02.0003250. TCP error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxxx
