No option to choose retention when manually archiving a file -

The Archive button in the Archive Manager console does not offer retention category when trying to archive a file manually

원인
The default retention will be used for the archiving, if such has been selected earlier. In case the default retention is not set, you will have the list of retention categories to choose from.

해결 방안
When pressing the CTRL key and the Archive button, you'll get following dialog window and you can choose the appropriate retention category you want to use.
