The following error message is displayed when accessing mailboxes via Archive Manager:
System.Exception: PamMAPIServices: E107 Failed to read folders. 800A0319 GetFolders >> Exception 800A0319 Failed to open IPM_SUBTREE
Permissions may not be configured for mailboxes
On-Premise Exchange environments:
Add-RoleGroupMember "View-Only Organization Management" -Member
Get-MailboxDatabase | Add-ADPermission -User SUPERUSER -AccessRights ExtendedRight –ExtendedRights Receive-As, ms-Exch-Store-Admin
Office 365 environments:

3. Run the following commands replacing superuser@domain.com with the e-mail address of your SuperUser account. The SuperUser is the account all services for Archive Manager are configured to run with.
Get-Mailbox -ResultSize unlimited -Filter {(RecipientTypeDetails -eq 'UserMailbox')} | Add-MailboxPermission -User superuser@domain.com -AccessRights FullAccess -InheritanceType all -AutoMapping $false
Note: If permissions are in place but you continue to receive the same error message when trying to access mailboxes, Admin access may be required. To enable admin access to mailboxes follow these steps:
