When attempting to export a report from one instance of ER and import it into another, the export process completes successfully on the source instance. However, the import fails on the target instance without displaying any error message.
This behavior is typically caused when the report being exported contains extended attributes that are enabled on the source instance, but not on the target instance. As a result, the import process encounters an issue, though no error message is displayed.
Review the report on the source instance and identify which extended attributes are included.
Enable the same extended attributes on the target instance.
Attempt the import again — the report should import successfully once the attributes are properly aligned between both instances.
