Description
Exchange server not showing in the User Interface (UI), even though other Exchange servers in the same domain are showing up in the Mail Servers list.

Cause
Archive Manager will only show Exchange servers that have had mailbox databases mounted containing at least 1 mailbox.

Resolution
1. Create or move a mailbox on the missing mailbox server. If the Exchange server is a DAG member, a mailbox database can be failed over but it must contain at least 1 mailbox.
2. Allow 24 hours for the Archive Active Directory service to discover the missing Exchange server.
