An error occurred while adding account '[DOM\User] to Local Group '[GROUPNAME]' on server '\\' The handle is invalid" (4354125)

Secure Copy job completes successfully but contains error message: 

"An error occurred while adding account '[DOM\User] to Local Group '[GROUPNAME]' on server '\\' The handle is invalid"

The copy job requires a Local group to be created in Active Directory. During the job, the Local group is created in LDAP. However, the group object has not replicated to other domain controllers in the active directory structure.

When Secure Copy tries to insert users into the membership role of the newly created group, an error occurs.

Open the Secure Copy job console and select the job where the error was returned.

Expand the job and select 'Local Groups and Users' tab.

Click the 'Browse' button in the Active Directory definition. Browse into Active Directory and select the name of the authenticating domain controller for Secure Copy:

NOTE: In an environment with multiple Domain Controllers, the name of the authenticating Domain Controller can be determined by opening a CMD window and typing SET L
