Option to ‘Copy only changed source files to target’ is enabled, but all files are copied (4353299)

An incremental copy job is run.  Although the option to ‘Copy only changed source files to target’ is enabled, all files and folders are copied to the target each time the job is run.

To 'Copy only changed files', Secure Copy compares the time stamp and the file size of each file on the Source and Target.  Different systems can have slightly different system clocks. In addtion, storage systems and NAS (Network Attached Storage) devices can track time stamps on the file using different methods.

Open the Secure Copy console, select the job and go to the Other File Options tab.  Select the option to "Ignore NTFS/FAT time differences up to 2 seconds".
