The Exchange Store Manager (ESM) service is unable to export messages from any mailbox.
The following error is logged in the ESM wlog file:

Outlook is installed on the Archive Manager server.
1. Stop Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service.
2. Stop Archive Manager Data Load Service.
3. Remove Outlook and any other versions of MAPI such as Exchange System Manager or MAPI/CDO components then install the correct server version of MAPI for the respective version of Exchange used in the environment:
Exchange 2000 or 2003: Microsoft Exchange System Manager 2003
Exchange 2007: Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI/CDO 1.2.1
4. Start Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service.
5. Start Archive Manager Data Load Service.
