How should a backlog of XML files in the Export directory be handled? (4335879)

A high number of XML files ( > 10,000) can be found in the Export folder and processing of these files is slower than normal.

Large numbers of files in the Export folder will slow the Dataloader service down.

1. Move the XML files to a temporary folder.

2. Move the XML files back to the export folder in batches (e.g.10,000 XMLs at a a time) allowing the Dataloader to catch up.

3. Determine the root cause of the Export folder backlog if this was not caused by a transient event. (e.g. Large PST Import)
