Can Archive Manager send a notification to the user if the Archived message is viewed by another user? -
Resolution
Archive Manager will add the audit notes of all the login that has viewed the messages and there will not be any notification sent to the user if the archived message is viewed by another user. Archive Manager will also add the audit notes of all the logins that has viewed the message.
