What is the Error message of "OpenFile() failed" in the patching logs during detection means? -
Description
During the detection of a patch the following error message occurred in the kagent.log:
The following errors occurred during detection and the kagent.log showed the following error message

Resolution
During the detection phase, the directory of c:\ProgramData\Dell\Kace will need to update or write into log files in the directory. Please check to make sure the following directory C:\ProgramData\Dell\Kace directory is not locked down due to GPO, Antivirus program or Freeze program as well.
