The Search Exporter tool that comes with Archive Manager does not provide the ability to export the contents of a mailbox and retain the folder structure of the mailbox.
Recovery Manager for Exchange has the ability to connect to an Archive Manager mailbox and export the entire contents to a PST file while retaining the folder structure as seen in Archive Manager.
