An error has occurred in the script on this page (4327628)

After upgrading to the latest version of Archive Manager, some users will get a Java Script error

STATUS

This has been identified as a product defect especially if used with Outlook 2013. Change Request TF00603156 has been raised for this to be addressed in a future version of Archive Manager.

The following workarounds may work. If they don't then it would be necessary to wait for a later version where this defect is addressed.

WORKAROUND 1

1. In Internet explorer go to "Internet Options"

2. Select the Delete... button under the Browsing history section.

3. Select all boxes (other than Passwords) and select Delete. 

WORKAROUND 2

1. Open Regedit on the machine in question.
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION
3. Right-click and create new DWORD
4. Enter in OUTLOOK.EXE for the name
5. Modify it and change the base to Decimal
6. Type 11000
7. Click OK
8. Attempt to reproduce the issue you're having in Outlook.
9. If that does not work modify the decimal value and try 11001.
