How to move a Spotlight on Messaging database from one SQL server to another.

Resolution
Below are the Steps to move the SpotlightManagmentFramework Database from one SQL server to another. Please have your Database Administrator do everything in Part A.
A)
1. Stop the two Spotlight Services on the Application server.
2. Back up the SpotlightManagementFramework Database on the Old SQL server.
2. Detach the Database from the Old SQL Server.
3. Copy or Move the SpotlightManagementFramwork.mdb file from the old SQL server to the Old SQL Server and Attach it.
4. Grant the Spotlight on Messaging service account db_owner rights to the SpotlightManagementFramework database.
5. Create a SQL Account and give it db_datareader rights to the SpotlightManagementFramework database.
B)
1. Uninstall Spotlight on Messaging .
2. Reinstall Spotlight on Messaging and when it asks for the Database server point it to the new SQL Server and use the SQL account for the reports that was created in Step 5 above.
