The BlackBerry Server Health test reports Not completed results for the BlackBerry Server\Connection State(<All Instances>) counter when monitoring BlackBerry 5.0 Service Pack 1 servers, you may see a similar error to below.
Status: Not CompletedVerify that the instance name is configured correctly. The performance counter may be disabled or is not installed. Verify that the process that starts the object counter is installed and started on the server, and that the counter is not disabled. Search the MS Knowledge base for further information related to disabled counters. -
Cause
This is due to the breaking changes in the RIM BlackBerry 5.0 Service Pack1 Performance data provider.

Resolution
1. Right click on your Black Berry server health test and select Edit.
2. Then Click on the BlackBerry 5 Enterprise link on the left hand side of the window.
3. Change the second b in "Blackberry" to lower case like this example Blackberry Server\Connection State (<All instances>)
4. Click Finish and the test will now complete successfully.
