At the time of the install I was unable to add the web reports can I just add the web report component now?
Resolution

Unfortunately there is no way to just install the web report component of Spotlight on Messaging, you will need to uninstall and then reinstall Spotlight on Messaging and install the Web report component along with the rest of the components you previouly had installed.
