Title
Using the Script step of "Kill Process" did not work. -
Description
When using the "Windows Uninstaller" configuration policy under the KACE SMA Scripting feature to "Kill Process" enter the full name of the process to be stopped before the uninstall command runs.

Cause
Occasionally, the process name will differ slightly from the process running. -
Resolution
If unsure of the actual process name, it can be found in Inventory> Processes. To access this information do the following:
Log in to the the KACE SMA adminui: http:///<K1000_hostname>/admin.Or, if the fast switching option is enabled, select an organization in the drop-down list in the top-right corner of the page next to the login information.
Click Inventory> Processes and do a search for the process name. Enter that name under the "Kill Process" field found on the Windows Uninstaller set up.
