Description
When opening a message with stripped attachments with Outlook or the Archive Manager web interface you get the following error
Server Error in '/' Application.Cannot find table 0.Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.Exception Details: System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Cannot find table 0.Source Error:An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.When opening the same message as an Archive Manager administrator the message opens error free. -
Cause
Delegate access to open messages has not been configured -
Resolution
Workaround 1
In the Configuration Console | Advanced Settings.
Add the following key.
Enable Delegate View Message
Set the value of this key to 1

In the Configuration Console | Advanced Settings.Check for this KeyLinkEmbeddedMessages LastUSNIf the key has a blank value set the value to 0Close the Configuration Console.On the SQL Server with the Archive Manager database open SQL Management Studio | SQL Server Agent | JobsLook for a job called "Mailbox Maintenance - Link Embedded Messages - ArchiveManager" and then right click on the job and choose the option "Start Job at Step"Once the job finishes running try opening your message again.
