When trying to access the Archive Manager website it fails with error "Server Error in / Application"

IIS is on a remote server.
It does not have the required DLLs
Workaround
1.Copy MSVCP71.dll and MSVCR71.dll from the Instalelr PreReqs directory to the c:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\Syswow64 - if you are on Windows 64-bit server, directories on the IIS Server.
2 .Register these DLLs
3. Run IISReset.
