Resolution
The "Date Deleted" date/time value comes from the "whenChanged" attribute. When an object is deleted, the "WhenChanged" attribute gets updated with the current date and time. If a deleted object has been updated for some reason after it has been deleted, this can cause the date/time value for "whenChanged" to update. -
