Some parts of the RTF message body gets broken after being stripped and reconstructed by Outlook form.
Cause

Product defect.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:

Access the message through Archive Manager Web User Interface.

STATUS:

Waiting for fix in a future release of Archive Manager.
