SQL Error during installation referencing a password policy -
Description
The below error may occur when installing Enterprise Reporter:
The transaction ended in the trigger. The batch has been aborted.
Policy '<SQLPASSWORDPOLICYNAME>' has been violated by 'SQLSERVER:\SQL\<SERVERNAME>\DEFAULT\Logins\CS%5CReporter_Discovery_Admins'.
This transaction will be rolled back.

Cause
The password policy is not allowing the groups to be created as they do not have a password associated to them. -
Resolution
Either disable the password policy on the SQL Server or modify it to allow the groups to be created.
