Why is Archive Manager displaying an empty message body for certain messages?
When some emails are archived and viewed in Archive Manager webpage, the message body is not displayed. If the forward or reply button is clicked the body becomes visible.
The message body is missing and the HTML parser is commenting on the contents within the <defang> tag which is added by third party gateway/mailsystem.
