How to Delete Smart Label that was applied on LDAP USERS Label
Description

After creating a LDAP Label for Users and it can not be deleted since it is associated with some items from the KACE SMA Server.
Cause

This is caused by the current LDAP Label which is associated with Users in the KACE SMA Server and needs to be removed in order to enable its deletion.
Resolution
How Do I Locate the LDAP Smart Label?

1. Go to Home | Label Managment | Labels
- Identify and locate the Label to delete.
2. Select the LDAP Label and look for the Labeled item below:
- + Users
- + Smart Labels
- LDAP Label(User)
3. Go to Settings | Users | View By: (drop down menu) | Label: (Select the LDAP Label that you want to remove)
- Now you will be able to view all Users that do have the LDAP Label enforced in the "Login" column.
4. Select all Users by clicking on the check box next to "Name" column.

5. Click on Choose Action | Remove Labels | a new window will pop up with the LDAP Label, click on the Trash icon then on the Remove Labels button.
- Note: It will require a moment while the SMA Server is deleting the association of the LDAP Labels on Users. Please do not click or navigate from this page. The Page will refresh itself once all the User's Label have been removed.
6. The final step is to proceed again to Home | Label Managment | Labels and find the LDAP Label to delete.
