Configuring Windows Remote Management (WinRM) using winrm quickconfig (4295397)

1. Confirm that the "Windows Remote Management" service is running on the remote server
   
   
2. Open a Windows command prompt as an Administrator
   
   
3. From the Windows command prompt, enter "winrm quickconfig" (or the abbreviated version "winrm qc")
   
   
4. If the command is successful, the following should appear.
   
   
5. Step 4: Set WinRM to alow an unencrypted connection by running the command
   winrm set winrm/config/service @{AllowUnencrypted="true"}
