Managing asset lifecycle settings
Description

Each asset with the exception of locations can be assigned an asset status to determine its use or purpose, this would be especially useful when there's a compliance or reporting need of assets, since they can be filtered out this way.
Resolution

An asset status can be assigned by clicking on Asset management | Assets | Choose action | Change asset status:
It may have been noticed that there are default asset status for selection on each of these assets, these can be found under Asset management | Assets | Choose action | Configure lifecycle settings
New asset status can be created by clicking on the "Plus", also edit with the "Pencil" and delete with the "Trash can" symbols:
NOTE: Default asset status or any other status that is currently assigned to an asset cannot be edited or deleted.
