BitLocker key is missing in BitLocker Recovery tab after computer object has been restored with Online Restore Wizard -
Cause
Child object with BitLocker key has not been restored properly -
Resolution
there are two requirements that have to be met in order to get BitLocker keys restored along with computer object in AD
1) You need to restore Object and all child objects in Online Restore Wizard when restoring computer object
2) You need to use agent-based method of restoring objects (Uncheck "Use agentless method to access domain controller")
Restoring of child objects is currently not supported with Recovery portal, corresponding Enhancement Request has been raised: 220991
