When attempting to open Spotlight on Messaging Web Reports user is faced with the following error:

SQL Authentication issues when SQL database and IIS are on separate machines.
Navigate to (where C is the installed drive) C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Spotlight on Messaging\Web Reports
Find the file WebReports.UDL
Open the file, click on the connection tab, if using Windows NT Integrated (only to be used if SQL is local) switch the account to a SQL account that has access to read from the database. The SQL account used to open SOM reports should have the following roles:
db_datareader
db_datawriter
You can grant these roles using SQL client tools.
