Namespace prefix 'xsd' is not defined
Cause

When creating a report, user is getting the error above. This is a known issue.
Resolution
1. Try the compatibility view of the browser, else.
2. Confirm user’s ControlPoint version. If version is 4.7, have user upgrade ControlPoint to the latest version.
