Description
Scheduled reports fail with the "System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Exceeded storage allocation. The server response was: 5.3.4 Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size" error message.

Cause
The issue may be caused by either of the following:
- The attached PDF or Excel file exceeds the maximum attachment size for the environment's SMTP server.
- The mailbox of one or more users in the destination is full.

Resolution
Perform any of the following:
- Increase the maximum file attachment size for the environment's SMTP server.
- Check for any users who may have full mailboxes.
- Whitelist the email address being used to send ControlPoint reports.
