Description
Application launcher is not working on some workstations. "Return Code: [6] The handle is invalid" is returned in the SLTrace.htm. -
Cause
Service account credentials used for the ScriptLogic or Administrative Service are out of date, the user account is locked, or the user account is no longer available; causing elements that use administrative privileges to return the error. -
Resolution
Check the credentials used for the ScriptLogic or the Administrative service in the Service Management. Verify the user accounts are valid and passwords are current.
