When viewing emails in a users Archive Manager mailbox, no new messages are displayed.
On checking the mailbox scan status, the mailboxes have been successfully scanned and all archiving policies are correct.
The Export folder is full of .xml files.
Open Services on the Archive Manager server.
Find the Archive Manager Data Load Service and check that is is running. If not right click and select Start.
Ensure that all other Archive Manager services that are set to automatic are running.
Check the Export folder is reducing in size. If the service has been stopped for a while this may take a several hours to process.
