The following errors may be shown during an upgrade:
Error unzipping file AfterMail EmailObjects.dll.
The error is: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\AfterMail EmailObjects.dll' because it is being used by another process.

at System.IO.File.InternalCopy(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean overwrite)
at AfterMail.Installer.RemoteInstallerService.ZipUtilities.InstallZip().
Error decompressing install files: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\AfterMail EmailObjects.dll' because it is being used by another process.

A service or process of Archive Manager is still running and the upgrade process is not able to continue.
Resolution 1
Cancel the install, set all Archive Manager services to "Manual", reboot the server and retry the upgrade.
Resolution 2
Cancel the install, ensure that all Archive Manager services are stopped. Once all services are confirmed stopped, via Task Manager, ensure that none of the following child processes are still running, if they are, "Kill" the process(es):
