Cause
An unsupported version of the Microsoft SQL Server Native Client is installed. -
Resolution
1. Stop the Archive Manager Services.
2. Un-Install the Microsoft SQL Server Native Client.
3. Download the correct Microsoft SQL Server Native Client from the "Feature Pack for Microsoft SQL Server 2005"

For 32 bit servers download the X86 Package (sqlncli.msi)
For 64 bit servers download the X64 Package (sqlncli_x64.msi)4. Install the Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 2005
5. In Programs and Features verify the version number is 9.00.1399.06 fir the Microsoft SQL Server Native Client.6. Start the Archive Manager Services
