Cause
Incompatible 3rd party add-on.
Resolution
A 3rd party add-on has been identified to cause this error message to pop up. To confirm if a 3rd party add-on is causing this issue, run outlook client in safe mode. To isolate which 3rd party add-on is causing this, remove 1 add-on at a time until the error no longer occurs.
