When uploading media to the K2000 using Media Manager, the upload failed for some reason.
For example : the uploading machine was rebooted while Media Manager was still running
In this case, the source media detail page shows the status as "uploading files" while the main source media page ( that lists all the uploaded source media ) shows the size as zero bytes.
It is not possible to delete the zero byte file while it is in “uploading files” status.
The only way to clear this is the reboot the K2000. Once the K2000 has come back up, the source media detail page will show the status as "Interrupted due to server reboot". Now from the main source media page, you can select the zero byte file and delete it.
