When trying to display Spotlight on Messaging Reports you receive the error: "This program cannot display the webpage"

Cause
Incorrect Web Server name or Reports Web Site is not started.

Resolution
To modify the report server name.
1. Open the SpotlightonMessaging console.
2. Right Click on the Web Reports node and click "Select Web Reports Server".
3. Enter the correct Server in the Select Web Reports Server dialog box.
Note: If the website containing the SpotlightonMessaging directory is not started this will cause the same error message. Open IIS Manager, expand sites and verify the site is started.
