During the discovery process, multiple "Login Failed" errors are written to the Event Viewer security logs, indicating a log in failure for the ControlPoint service account.
This was a known issue affecting a small subset of customers during the discovery process. A hidden parameter can be added to the ControlPoint Settings list that bypasses the calls that throw this error.
NOTE: The below resolution requires ControlPoint version 5.2 or later. The parameter below may be created on older versions of ControlPoint, but it will not take effect on versions older than 5.2.
