Description

When archiving a message with a OneDrive linked attachment you will get the following error in the ESM logs.

00:18:12 Error 0x80004005
Cause

Currently the "Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service" service is unable to process messages with a OneDrive linked attachment.
Resolution

This issue has been raised as Enhancement Request (TF00654006).
Enhancement: "Unable to archive messages with OneDrive linked attachments".
This enhancement will be evaluated by our Product team for inclusion in a future release of Archive Manager. Please contact us should you require a current status on the above product change request at any time.
