The Microsoft Debugview reports ERROR Worker for 'Name Surname' (MailboxID XXX) finished with 1 error(s) and 0 warning(s).
The actual log file from the log file at [drive]:\ArchiveManager\ESM\YYYYMMDD\0\MailboxID-XXX-YYYYMMDD.wlog has the following string:

This error comes up if the Archive Manager SQL Database is located on a different server than the Archive Manager server.
In this case SQL Native client (sqlncli.msi) should be installed on the Archive Manager server version 3.7 or greater .
This error will also occur if the incorrect version of the Native Client is installed, for instance, the SQL Server 2008 Native Client is installed and the Archive Manager database resides on SQL 2005 or 2003.
Download and install SQL Native Client (sqlncli.msi) from
http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/7/4/f74cbdb1-87e2-4794-9186-e3ad6bd54b41/sqlncli.msi and reboot the Archive Manager server.
In the case where the "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Native Client" is installed and the Archive Manager database resides on a SQL 2005 or SQL 2003, uninstall the "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Native Client" and install the "Microsoft SQL Server Native Client" from the link above.
64 bit native client can be found on this link: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=11988. Archive Manger version 4.5 requires SQL Native Client 2005 and SQL Native Client 2008 is not supported in reference to release note.
