How to view the mailboxID of the affected mailboxes in the mailboxscanstatus page ?
Enhancement Request TF 252630 has been logged for the mailboxID column to be added. This has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Archive Manager.
The report shows the "Mailbox Name". A SQL query can be executed to find the mailboxID, e.g
Select * from mailbox where name = 'Administrator'
