Cause
There is a setting in the configuration file that the reporting console uses that may need to be changed. -
Resolution
Edit the following file in notepad:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Desktop Authority Reporting\ScriptLogic.Reporting.DAReporting.exe.config- On line #7 in the file, change the value for “DirectMode” from False to True.
- Save the file and try to open the console again.
