Internet Information Services Error "Value does not fall within the expected range" -
Description
When opening up IIS Manager the Archive Manager site is stopped and when trying to start it you get the following Error popup.
"Value does not fall within the expected range"

Cause
Incorrect value specified for the host header in the Configuration Console. -
Resolution
Open the configuration console, Click the website tab.
Specify a valid value for host header.
The host header should not contain any special characters except a dot . and/or a dash -
Example "Archive-Manager.domain.com"
