Failed to connect to the ScriptLogic licensing web service (4267201)

When attempting to register the license key via online registration the errors below are displayed:

The product registration wizard was not able to complete the registration process at this time because it was unable to communicate with the ScriptLogic online licensing service

ERROR: Error code : -2147467259 reported by PHL web service!
ERROR: Failed to connect to the ScriptLogic licensing web service!

There could be several different reasons for this error. Please check the items below:

• Are there any firewalls enabled that could be blocking this?

• Is there any web filtering software installed?

• Is there a proxy server in your environment? If so, has the proxy information been entered into Secure Copy?

• Add http://www.scriptlogic.com to your trusted sites.

If still unable to find the cause in your environment, follow the Offline Registration process.
