Getting Error 1301 when attempting to install the application -
Description
Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access the directory: C:\Program Data\Microsoft\Windows\...\Secure Copy 6. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an Administrator or contact your system administrator.
This error can be seen even when logged on as a Local Administrator on the machine, having full access to the path above.

Cause
Limitations of the machine the application is being installed on. -
Resolution
This is a very uncommon issue. To prevent this error from occurring, make sure the folder location into which you are installing the application has Full Control permissions for either the Everyone group or the SYSTEM group. Check the permissions for the parent folders because the permissions on these folders may also cause this problem.
Please review You receive an "Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory"
If this still does not resolve the issue, please install Secure Copy on a different machine.
