Description
Message synchronization does not happen if no message policy is assigned.

Cause
When no message policy is assigned to the mailbox/server, messages in Archive Manager mailbox will not be synchronized and updated to the correct folders.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Assign EXPORT policy to the mailbox.

Enhancement request ST80205 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Archive Manager -
Additional Information
Enhancement request ST80205 is to allow Administrator to assign a synchronize only policy to the mailbox.
This policy will not export new messages. This will only synchronize message movements into the updated sub folder.
