When uploading a user System State to a KACE System Deployment Appliance (SDA) you may occasionally receive the error message:
Error: Failed to open connection NT_STATUS_CONNECTION_REFUSED
One possible cause for this error is that the domain name being used will not resolve in DNS.
Make sure that both the NETBIOS and FQDN resolve in DNS. Another solution is to use the IP address of your domain controller instead of its name.
